Brace yourselves for a long, but very accurate review… Firstly, I am a young female driver that knows nothing about cars. I was in desperate need for my Honda to get its pink slip and detailed to sell due to relocating overseas. In typical fashion, I left this last minute. I chose to contact ‘Brookvale Auto Centre’ purely after reading their impressive five-star reviews on google. In the midst of Christmas, Sam and his team were the only shop that would service my car before the end of the year and before I left Sydney. They gave my car an overnight rush service and worked through the evening to get it done, it was available for pick up the next day (that’s service at its best!). The car detailing was SO brilliant that a passerby asked if it was new! And really, it did. The result was beyond my expectations, existing scratches were completely gone. Sam helped to arrange a sale for us with the interested buyer out of good will, for a good price (we never even ended up taking the car back home). Not to mention, Sam gave such a personalised service from start to finish: he welcomed us as we drove into the carpark; explained the entire process from start to finish and was always available to take my calls; gave us fair pricing for the work; and exercised an incredible level of understanding and patience (yes, I called him a ALOT). You can tell his level of professionalism extends to all customers. I don’t normally give such a glowing, detailed review but thought it was truly deserved. For those of you who don’t know where to go for your car needs in the northern beaches, here is a great place to start. They do everything from detailing to complete repairs. I just had my Alfa Giulietta seats upholstered in leather at Brookvale Auto Centre. The manager Sam Rana was a perfect gentleman that looked after me very well. The car was ready at the promised date and the reasonable price was what we had discussed on my first visit. The results are excellent, like any leather seats you find in a luxury car, with the right smell and professional finishing. Sam helped me choose the colour of leather and even suggested red stitches (Alfa red) that look very sporty. Strongly recommended.
